Made a reservation weeks in advance and when I showed up they said they didn’t have the truck available. We had the time of pick up set at 8 and movers scheduled at 9. Luckily the uhaul next door had something available and awesome customer service. Do not go here. Seems like every customer in front of and behind me waiting also had issues.

They really worked with me on the price and I had only one issue with ac. I called them and the mechanic was there quickly and he was nice and fast. No more issues for the rest of the cross country trip. I had a great experience.
I had a good experience renting a truck here. Good customer service, although quite slow. The price was decent. The truck was ok. Would have liked a loading ramp with the truck I rented but wasn't available in the smaller size trucks. Would have liked a free dolly too. Had to rent it from the next door truck rental place because it was much cheaper there. Will rent here again, just keep the prices low.

Wish I could give half a star. You don't get your money back. They say its instantaneous. Then they say it depends on your bank!
