Very responsive and helpful. I love these products — especially the one that uses either an adapter or USB connection because I like using it in my car! Especially the lavender if the traffic is heavy ;-). The oils themselves are a very good quality! Very pure and worth the cost! I also bought my step daughter one she can use in her car as she uses essential oils for stress relief. She loves hers as well!

I had a problem with the humidifier. I emailed costumer service, got a response that same day. Got a call from them the following day, as I was having a problem uploading the picture of the humidifier. I explained to them the problem and by the following week my new Guru Nanda Tower XL 2 arrived. Excellent customer service, quick response and action. As for the product itself, the most is ah-mazing!!! Can’t call them mist but “cold steam.”
