The staff is very helpful and treated me with kindness. When you don't feel well it helps when there are people who listen to you and care about your comfort. The doctor had a great bedside manner and gave me a lot of helpful information. I left the office feeling like i know everything i needed to know. Thank you Marquee Urgent Care.

Very Professional staff located at the Buena Park facility, im sure they reflect what the Marque organization promote. It is a difficult time and there were a lot of patients to be seen, the team was calm and organized. I believe that at this pace, they may need to expand. Daniela Acevedo was thorough and took the time to answer questions and concerns. I would recommend this facility.
I went here for a rapid COVID test and got my results within the hour as promised. I just wish I didn’t have to pay the extra 99 for a virtual visit before getting the test since it was out of pocket. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for!
Good service and I did not have to wait long for my COVID test but the main detractor from this place is that they have a very hard time picking up the phone. I had to call a different marque urgent care and had to be transferred to the location in Buena Park which is the only time I ever got them specifically on the phone. This is strange because when I got there, A receptionist was at the front desk.
All the staff did a great job answering questions and taking care of my injury. Specially the physician was very attentive, after gently removing my stitches she make sure everything was ok by answering all my question. I highly recommend their service.
