They ripped my screen while putting my windows in and would not come back out to replace it. I must have called 10 times and the lady was always so rude and told me they would not drive the 20 minutes to my home to bring it back out to me. I said well you took my money and came out to install the windows but you don't follow up when your guy tore the screen. Wish I had not given it back to him to fix. The last time I called a guy there said he would send someone out to measure for it and that never happened either.
