All of the staffs here are nice and helpful except Mr “ Bob Marley”. I went to send a package and I was “ helped” by him at first. He didn’t give me the direction what to do. His attitude was rude like he just wanted me to get out of there. I had to go to a different lady who was very calm and clear on telling me what to do. I came back today to send a letter and luckily I got helped by a different person. I read the reviews for this Post Office and realized I’m not the only one that had bad experience with him.

I been going to usps for sending the stuff i sell on ebay and usps worker are quick and helpfull .. i do recommend other ebay seller near by to ship their stuff here
People at the front desk are rude especially the guy with the braids. If you hate life so much why work at the front counter? Go do something you are good at and let someone with people skills take your place. Nothing worst than having a problem already then having to deal with those people at the front.
On Monday, January 25th at about 10:30 AM I came in to mail a package with a box I had lying around my house and a printed out return label. I was helped by an East Asian woman when I first walked in. She was of absolutely NO help. She vaguely pointed in the direction of where I was supposed to go but she didn’t tell me exactly what I was supposed to do. Jamare is the African American man with dreadlocks. He is extremely sarcastic and rude for absolutely no reason. I just wanted help mailing a package. He shouldn’t work in customer service if he doesn’t have people skills. He said “when your package is returned to you don’t be surprised because you didn’t follow my coworkers instructions” in a very sarcastic tone. I told him all of the priority boxes are too small and my item wouldn’t fit in them. He basically just said oh well to me. I just wanted help mailing a package. Is that not what the customer service workers are there for? I will always use UPS from now on and after this experience I know why the US Postal Service is going out of business. Horrible employees
I’ve come here a few times and the staff here give me a vibe they’re too good to be working here, rude and unprofessional. I’m also echoing other reviews especially about the guy with dreaded hair who’s nothing but a handful to deal with. This store needs to do an employee evaluation.
