Really disappointed with the way the Buffalo Police Department handled the supreme Court judge case. The officers were unnecessarily aggressive and inflicted harm unnecessarily on the judge's wife. I would have done the same thing as the judge and defended my wife from the unnecessarily unconstitutionally aggressive pig.

If we can't rough up senior citizens then what's the point anymore.

1.) While sitting in a Genesee St. restaurant during the early afternoon, we watched a guy kick in the lower windows of the front of a vacant (for rent) building. He appeared to be homeless and methodically kicked in two panels on the bottom of a glass garage door- the type that are popular with breweries and restaurants. We immediately called the BPD and watched the guy walk to nearby light pole and stand there, for about 15 minutes. This was in winter and we were uncertain if the guy was trying to get arrested to get out of the cold. The BPD never showed up. I understand this was not a priority call, but I'm sure the business owner was not pleased. .......................................................................................................................... 2.) On another occasion, a guy was walking on Ellicott St, near M&T Bank, screaming and threatening people. He punched one guy -totally unprovoked. This was around 12 noon, on a weekday. Several people called 911. The guy eventually walked to Genesee and Oak St, and stood at the bus stop. A female BPD officer in an SUV drove by and stopped at a traffic light. A man from a nearby business ran out, and told the officer the guy they were looking for was at the bus stop down the street and even identified the guys clothing. The officer looked at the complainant, and without saying a word, drove off in the opposite direction. I have nothing against law enforcement, but these two incidents were unsettling.

I went there to report a crime about my child that was recently brought to light and they pretty much laughed at me since it happened in another state. What if that was your child. No respect...didn't even tasker my name. My child was abused and they don't even care
