Sam got my furnace running again within minutes after I blew the fuse wiring a thermostat early that morning. I left a message before they opened at 7:15 and called me 30 min later, had a tech to my house by 10:30 - I’m continually impressed with the service from these folks, out twice a year to check on my furnace and A/C here in Medina. Smart, professional, courteous, informative and punctual people - what else could you ask for?

John (from DeZiel) was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about our whole HVAC system. We just moved to our current home in August and have never had a heat pump system. So, I had several questions to make sure I understood our system a little better. John answered every question I had and did his normal maintenance check on our system in an efficient manner. John arrived at my residence and checked out the furnace and found that it was periodically shutting off. The flame sensor was the problem and he had it all working within short order. He explained everything well, and he also has been here about a year ago. Very personable and he always does a great job. I would give him 10 stars for the work he does. Great employee.
I called after hours on a Friday, knowing I would have to leave a message, to schedule a general maintenance service for my furnace and air exchange and my called was promptly returned the following Monday by Kelsi. To my surprise, she was able to get me scheduled that very morning and sent Sam to perform my service. Sam was awesome! He took the time to throughly clean and inspect both systems along with finding a few issues that would need to be repaired. He explained what he found and gave estimates that I felt were reasonable. I would highly recommend DeZiel for all your HVAC needs. My home is slightly over a year old and I signed up for their Service Plan, knowing that I could trust them to come twice a year to keep my system in “new” condition for years to come.
Nic came and did a tune up / yearly maintenance of my furnace. Great guy easy to work with. Call on the way to let me know where he was coming from. Will use these guys again Great local company
