Love coming here. It was a frequent hang out prior to the new regulations, but they are still doing a great job. Siobhan is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable on the beers being offered and always willing to give us a sample of what's new. Beer is great, the snacks are perfect and the atmosphere is wonderful.

We stopped at Flying Bison for the Halfway to Oktoberfest today and it was amazing. The beer, music and food were excellent and the event supported a great cause. The Juice Caboose IPA or Thundersnow IPA are highly reccomended!
Stopped their yesterday for a beer with a group of 6. The food choices leave a little to be desired but the beer was really good but why this place gets 5 stars is for its excellent staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I’m looking forward to revisiting.
They've got a pretty good lineup of beers. Paula's Holy Cannoli was my favorite on tap the day I went. By far my favorite is the Rusty Chain (Vienna Lager). I always get that with an order of wings just about every time I visit the great city of Buffalo.
