First time I used Sears for Air duct cleaning on Jan 28 2021, and this will be the last time. The vents are not well cleaned, black spots left on the return vent covers. Some covers are not even screwed back. And a big mess left on the driveway. That was my first bad decision of year 2021 to hire Sears Carpet & Air duct cleaning!!

I used Sears Carpet and Air Duct to clean my carpets and couch and they did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend the services of Bob and his team. They arrived early and finished quickly, will definitely use them again!
Jerry called when he was on the way and showed up within the allotted time. Him and his partner were efficient and informative as this was the first time we had the ducts cleaned. They were friendly and did a great job! He walked us through what was done and explained how future services can be done. The price through Sears was great compared to other places and the quality service could not be better. Additionally, they were very COVID cautious wearing masks, maintaining distance, etc. Highly recommend!
The technician did an EXCELLENT job on all 5 rooms of our order. He arrived on time and very nice to work with. We will definitely use Sears and ask for this gentleman again!
