I have now used Reliable Medical Supply for both getting catheters after surgery and just last week for starting with a CPAP machine. I can't say enough about how amazing the customer service has been for both. Last week Alexa educated me on a CPAP machine and answered questions I didn't even know to ask. I was able to get in for an appointment quickly and the service was AMAZING!! Thank you Alexa and everyone working at Reliable Medical Supply in Buffalo.

I was quoted 400 for something that costs less than 70 on Amazon. I asked for a quote last week on Friday and they said they would update my insurance and get back to me. Never received a call back. I called back again the next Thursday and was told they got busy Friday with inventory. The place is a waste of your time and money.
