My wife and I have been attending St. Joseph's more or less since we moved to Buffalo last July. It is an exceptionally welcoming community, and Fr. Sean Paul is a big part of that. The architecture is beautiful and the music is superb. Every church has its unique aspects which make it worth attending, but the Cathedral has captured the heart of my family.

St. Joseph is the Catholic cathedral on the south side of Downtown Buffalo. The cathedral doesn't have much activity outside of mass times as the diocese is actually across from St. Louis church on Main St. on the north side of Downtown Buffalo. There is a small chapel behind the alter and stain glass windows can be found throughout the cathedral. The cathedral is well maintained and there is a small parking lot that is shared with the Erie County Courts, so the best bet is to find street parking when visiting on a weekday.

Beautiful place. Very ornate. Has an historic museum. Father Baker themed. Also home to many relics.
