We ordered a few molds as we are a small company, and they sent us a free mold just because! great customer service and we apricate it very much, keep taking care of the little person Tomric, and the big customers will happen by them selves. thank you

BUYERS BEWARE!! Placed an order with this company and since than, they have continually took payments from my credit card and debit card that were unauthorized. I have had to cancel my CC and change my bank account because of this company. I have opened a fraud investigation with my CC company against them. Lois O'Neil is sales is just incompetent. When inquiring about time delays or estimated delivery dates, her answers are always weeks off if she gets back to you. The accounting department does not answer any requests and hasn't even had the decency to respond. DO NOT SAVE YOUR CARD INFORMATION ON THEIR WEBSITE ITS NOT SAFE.
