I highly recommended Wagner Monuments. We went to another place first and felt so rushed and the final design was extremely expensive and not what we wanted. Going to Wagner was a completely different experience. There was no pressure and no talk of extra charges. All our questions were patiently answered and working with the engraver, not a salesperson, allowed us to collectively design an amazing monument for my father that was literally thousand of dollars less than the first place. We had some changes to the proof and never felt like we were a bother. We were kept informed at each step in the process. Once we approved the final proof it was less than 2 months before the monument was ready and installed at the cemetery. When we went to go look at it we were all speechless. It is absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is exquisite and we could not be more pleased.
