If you are homeowner in a subdivision they manage you'll get a taste how it is to live in comunism. They will demand payment from you for amenities they are not able to garantee you will be allowed to use. Its like in those socialist countries where you have to pay for regimes public tv brodcast whether you watch it or not, even if you don't own a tv. With the covid restrictions they enforce you might not be allowed to enter the swiming pool, as I witnessed last year, but you still have to pay. Better buy a house without hoa management . Too add insult to injury, the management is very rude and unprofessional.
