I'll make this short, the salesman lied, the service department lied, Donna was extremely helpful and saved me a lot of money. Parts department salesman very helpful over phone. People work hard for their money, every customer deserve better than lies and deception at one time this company was better than this or they would not have been here 45 years. There never were 3 vehicles in involved, they sold the first camper I looked at because 2 customers were looking at the same time and I had left a deposit. I will say they.l cheerfully refunded my deposit. However they posted a response to my review but no one called to ask the customer what happened, not one time but they posted a review about a customer.

I had a great experience buying a travel trailer for my family. GREAT price. No hidden fees. No high pressure up sales. I could talk all day about the positives. I really felt the sincerity like their approach is to treat you right and relying on good prices to close the deals. Brent was super patient which I needed with my disability. I’m used to getting written off sometimes. What a difference. I wish everything you shop for was this way.
There's a reason Camper City has been in business for over 40 years. The customer service we received was excellent and so much better than our experience at Camping World! Brent and Kent on the sales team went above and beyond to make sure we found the right rv to meet our needs and answered any questions we had. Michelle in purchasing made sure the rv we ordered was on time and arrived just in time for our trip. If you want to be treated right and not like just another customer, make sure you pay these folks a visit, you will be glad you did.

I bought a new camper a couple weeks ago good people to work with. I had a small leak on the toilet no fault of there's they had me bring it back and took care of it while I waited. That's what I like in a business.
