The best customer service! Jennifer has helped me a few times now , from landscaping design, choosing shrubs, trees and topiary ,planting and delivering mulch , etc. I am actually having my yard refreshed for thanksgiving and also receiving the delivery of my live Christmas tree ,I am letting Jennifer pick a pretty one for me, saving me a trip there. I did have one shrub that didn’t do so well( only one out of many I purchased) and Jennifer was quick to replace it. I am glad I have built a wonderful relationship with this store, cause I know they will always take an amazing care of my yard . Dignity , honesty and great work are qualities the you will definitely find there!

They were easy to find, nicely laid out and had a good selection. The fellow who worked there was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Recommend the Chinese snow ball.

Spent over 170 for a Japanese maple. Have beautiful Japanese maples in our yard along with other trees that are in excellent shape. This tree was not doing well from the beginning and they said they would not return it. It is now half dead and they absolutely refused to do anything about it. No credit-no customer. I’ll go to Pike. Obviously it’s a repeat problem that has not been resolved judging from other reviews.

We have purchased outdoor garden items from Kilpatricks throughout the years. We recently had a large landscaping job in our backyard and hired Kilpatricks. They did excellent work and have an extremely knowledgeable and accomodating staff. Sandy and her team bend over backwards to take care of their customers. We very much appreciate having their nursery business in our community!
