I had an appointment this morning at 10:30. I was told to be there at 10am. Customer service was great. I was done with everything by 10:50 and walking out the door. The technician was very nice. My experience here was awesome.

Brought my son to the ER and was greeted by a Doctor while I was still entering insurance information at the front desk! Was walked back to a room the minute I got there and seen immediately. I was so impressed by the how thorough, quick and kind everyone was. We were in and out within 40 minutes tops! Best ER experience ever! Which is helpful with a toddler! I love this hospital! Super clean too!

They make a big deal about making appointments, but then it’s as if you never even made one when you go! They’ll also call you to “pre-register” a couple days before your appointment. That doesn’t mean what you think it means, all they really do is rudely tell you it’s their policy for you to pay right there on the phone, when you haven’t even gone yet... never been treated so rudely by a business on the phone! Just be careful, you guys!

I just called to find out how soon I can have a doppler done and the cost. They will not give you that information unless you open an account with them. Do not waste your time calling. WORST.

I was just on the phone with them trying to make an appointment for my mother! I was transferred four times, before i had enough and hung up! Felt no one was listening and/or trying to help.
