My husband and I are originally from Miami, Florida and miss the Latin flavors of restaurants. This one is our new spot, their food has flavor. Best of both worlds Colombian and Dominican good all in one place. Our dishes were delicious my drink morir soñando was a drink I had not had in several years, fulfilled my craving. Waiter were welcoming and friendly. I think the restaurant can use Dominican and Colombian art on the walls so that it will bring life to the walls, just a tip thank you for opening this restaurant

We have been customers of what used to be cafetal & is now oregano for years now. The food here is so amazing. I always crave it & when I’m in Buford I try to stop by. You have to try the empanadas with green sauce!! the owners here are super nice & the service is aways really good. ️️️️️
Chicken soup was excellent!...We shall return. // As promised, we returned today 4/24/21. I had the mondongo and my wife the fried mojarra - both dishes were delicious! Very good pricing and I really liked how clean the bathroom was. Friendly staff, but the service needs to improve just a bit. We shall return.
Good empanadas. Had bandeja for 2. Not a bad deal. Server was young and a little slow. Great tasting food.
Delicious mofongo and carne asada and hubs had chicken in sauce with sides. Super good flavors. Suggestion for staff for kitchen staff if they’re coming out to wear masks during COVID. Very nice waitress and will def come back
Food is acceptable for the location. No other Dominican restaurants nearby. Only issue is they’re customer service. Yesterday my dad tried ordering food and the guy rushed him off the phone because he had a line of customers. I had to call back to confirm the order and get the total. Of course the order was wrong but I took it like that. Now today I’ve been trying to order for 20 minutes now and they don’t answer the phone. Finally I get Natalie on the phone who proceeds to take my order and suddenly puts me on hold. I hear her greeting customers coming in and blending juices. 5 minutes later she asked me to repeat my order. I ask her if they have children’s plate and she answers me no and repeats my order to confirm that’s all I want. Obviously I’m trying to order a kids plate and would have preferred for her to give me small portion options rather than to completely ignore me and ask me if that’s all I needed. Mamajuana is the go to Dominican restaurant in Ga! But since I live in Suwanee my options are limited. Had to order from Pimentón across the street.
