Eli was great. He was super helpful and very kind and easy to work with. I was very disappointed when it came to pricing. I found pricing online, and knowing that that pricing is probably not true, I specifically called this dealership and spoke to someone in sales, who verified correct pricing for me. Because of this, I drive 2 hours to this dealership and was told multiple times about their “2020 blow out sale,” which I knew about because of the pricing I drove there for. Then when I was quoted a price, it was no where near what I had found and verified earlier. I was extremely disappointed about this and honestly quite mad that I was given such inconsistent pricing. I did not like the salesman I was speaking with. I did not like how he handled the price discrepancies and how he spoke to me. He also kept pulling his mask off while talking to me which I did not appreciate at all. Had my interaction only been with the salesman, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and felt like I was being ripped off. I was also told that I could not remove certain things on pricing, which was a lie because I was able to remove them later. I did end up buying a vehicle from here, but also had to wait about 45 minutes or so before we were able to speak with finance and finish the process. We were pretty disappointed in this wait time, especially because there were not any customers in the store when we began this process, yet we still had to wait a very long time.

Everyone has masks, no one is wearing them. You might see someone pull theirs up when they see you coming, but most people don't even do that. Definitely 0 social distancing or any regard for safety and cleaning. Don't trust the ventilation to save you. We also got to enjoy the weird smells from employees food while we waited even though it was only 10 a.m. From there, you can just read all the other reviews about how they play the usual tricks to get you to pay more than the listed prices. Does anyone really believe dealers when they say they weren't aware of current offers and pretend they don't know why the price mysteriously went up.
