My husband & I recently made reservations here over the phone & when we arrived were told our reservation wasn't recorded & would have to wait at least 30 mins for a table. When we voiced our frustration & asked to speak with the mgr that had made our reservation he refused to speak with us, though we watched him literally standing by the bar doing nothing at all. The entire lobby was overcrowded with people that had experienced the same issue, some had been waiting for an hour after their reserved time - not to mention no one was wearing masks. This was the first time my husband & I were able to go out to dinner in years so we were very disappointed. The way that the staff / mgr didn't care at all was incredibly frustrating. I have honestly never been treated so badly in any establishment before. We will definitely steer clear of this place in the future.

The food was great. I liked their salad bar and the meats kept coming until we surrendered. Our hostess Diara gave us royal treatment. She was super nice and very patient with my kids who kept asking her dozen questions. Will definitely come back again.
The food was good and our server was very nice, but why serve dinner all day Saturday if you don't have everything ready? We paid full price for 4 people to eat dinner and were offered about 6 of the 14 meat items on the menu. I've been to several Brazilian Steak restaurants and this one was definitely a disappointment. Lots of talking happening in the back with the staff, but very little serving going on.
I prefer this place a lot. there is a great ambiance. The cuisine is exeptionaly good. the service is efficient and the waiters are friendly. The cost is fair. very much recommend.
