Our experience with Sunrise Pools has been excellent. Chris, spent a very generous amount of time with me on site explaining all the parts and functions of the pool as a new homeowner. It was thorough. The weekly techs are equally good and in addition, I have had the office staff walk me through some technical questions. It's a company where everyone is in sync and \ on top of it\. Glad I am in their service.

Pool service is great but the accounting is horrible! We were never billed consistently and when asked for a full accounting and invoices we never received them They are combative when questioned and a nightmare to deal with. Their actual pool service is great but not knowing what you are being charged for is unacceptable. We have cancelled after dealing with this for 18 months. In response to the Owner's response. Again, they take no responsibility. We asked for all the invoices from when our account was open and only received a handful recently. A customer should NEVER have to reconcile charges to their account with what was billed. We couldn't even do that after we requested invoices on several occasions and to be billed monthly not sporadically. This is very unfortunate because their was nothing wrong with the pool service and we like our technicians. This is a simple accounting problem that could have been fixed and wasn't.

We had just bought the House and the staff at Sunrise did a great job getting the pool back in working order. If an issue came up they were quick to help us over the phone or come out right away to make sure everything was working properly. The regular service is great, they service the pool and clean the entire pool deck.
