Our experience is similar to almost all the others on here. Greg, Rob, and the team are some of the most professional contractors I have dealt with. They were very responsive and the prices are reasonable too. I have dealt with bad contractors when rehabbing homes before. Trademark is definitely not like any one of them. Thanks again guys.. I expected a lot of Richie Krawiec and the Trademark Contractors team, and they delivered big-time. From the start, when Richie came out on short notice to pull a fallen tree limb from my roof and install a protective tarp, through assisting me with the insurance process, and then eventually completing a bunch of other desperately needed work around the house (work that I had put off for way too long!), I always felt like I was in good hands. And the Trademark Contractors team did fantastic work, eventually completing a full roof replacement for me, installing all new gutters and downspouts, installing new skylights, completing electrical repairs as well as exterior and interior repairs and painting, and finally adding new insulation in the attic. Whenever I had questions or concerns, Richie was always very responsive, and he made sure I was completely satisfied with the work that had been done. I can't ask for much more than that!

After interviewing several contractors for roofing work I decided to work with Trademark. I was not disappointed with my selection; from the company representatives that answer the phone and take your information to the contractors themselves that worked with me. I had the pleasure of working with Richie and he was extremely knowledgeable and was able to share ALL the services that the company offers beyond roofing. The workmanship was excellent, timely and all representatives, especially Richie were outstanding to work with. They LISTEN instead of PRESSURING you! I highly recommend them for your consideration should you have any projects to complete.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I have been a contractor for 21 years. Trademark is the worst subcontractor we have ever had. Trademark was very slow in completing the job. Since then, Trademark has refused to honor the warranty. A roof warranty is only as good as the name standing behind it. Trademark will NOT stand behind it.
