Willard’s Wrecker Service is outstanding in every way! We have used them twice in the past week and both times they exceeded our every expectation. The first time we used them they had to pull our 5th wheel RV AND our ATTACHED Ford F-250 truck out from a very tricky situation. This job took almost two hours alone. The guy who helped us was Preston and he was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable regarding the best way to help us without doing any damage to either of our vehicles. Thank you, Preston!! Tonight I called them again to help out a stranded motorist in need during the nasty snow and sleet we got here. They arrived within 10 minutes of my call and got the job done quickly. Responded quickly. Their team effort made the recovery fast as it worked the first time which kept damages minor. Pricing was about as expected for a 2 truck team. Hope to not need them again but would call them first should something come up.
Found my bike in a trash pile being stripped for the engine. This was not even 2 days after being brought there. Had keys when wrecked (clearly) no keys found charged 2 seperate lot fees missing parts that were re usable. I had to pay you to drag my bike throw it on the trash pile and attempt to take what you wanted. Should be shut down not reviewed
Would not tow us. Called a 2 different times and explained that there was no rush and the vehicle could be towed any day/time. They said they were not interested in our business. This is after us having used them for our business towing for 15 years. I even rode in the tow truck with Jimmy one time when they were towing us from near the airport to North of the City. That is no way to treat a loyal customer if you ask me. We will be taking our future business somewhere else because it seems that is what they want us to do....
Brandon from Willard Wrecker Services was called to the scene of my car accident to tow my totaled car. I was still shaken up and he was very kind and reassuring. He provided me with his contact information, offered great customer service, and most importantly he offered his kindness. Brandon allowed me ample time to retrieve my belongings from my car safely.
