Just wanted to write a quick note to mention the excellent customer service I received from Justin Z. in estimation on my Pergola project. There was a lot of back and forth on getting things right but he was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Later when I had to make some returns, he personally stepped in to expedite the process. I live in Lincoln and have other choices available, but have had great customer service with Builders and always appreciate the professionalism and extra effort made by all the employees. I've been a customer since 1995 and doing business with builders supply since 2001, through good times and rough times they've always been able to keep the job rolling, they're down to earth staff with an understanding of what it takes to get things done in all departments.
Was searching for a replacement lock for my sliding glass door. The lady at the Windows and Doors desk was amazingly helpful and even pointed me to the correct company to get the replacement from. Wonderful customer service!
For dry van !!! Park on the parking lot and go inside for shipping after you are waiting inside in your truck until the forklift will come and you will follow him ! Loading was fast but people in the office not so friendly
