Building Company No. 7 was very helpful in guiding us through the process of getting drawings done on a project we were considering. They connected us with a great architect, Tommy Brown, and helped us make sense of the whole process. We ended up not moving forward on the project (through no fault of BCN7), but hope we can hire them for another project in the future!
Working with Matt and his team at Building Company Number 7 has been a pleasure. Their ideas for our remodel, coupled with their clarity of expectations has made our process and experience pleasurable. That is no easy task in a construction project.
Matt and his crew got my building project done cost-effectively and on time, which is no small miracle in Nashville. They went above and beyond to get permits through, to stay on top of sub contractors and to make sure everything turned out the way we wanted it. I will definitely use them again!
Poorly organized, no time management and next to no response when it comes to getting estimates for work. They made decisions without consulting us and we have to stay on top of them on what is still remaining to be completed. They were 100% sure we could move in December 19th (even on December 18th) and we ended up moving in close to the middle of March. It's the middle of June now and we are still waiting for the punch list from March to be completed.
