I highly recommend Building Restoration Services. They are the most professional , responsive contractors, I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They were involved with gutting and restoring our master bathroom due to water damage. The interaction with the insurer was tortuous but this organization performed admirably. Later when we encountered a problem with part of the work performed, they came back and repaired it quickly and correctly at no charge to us. Great organization and people.

Building Restoration Services is nothing short of amazing! In November 2019, we discovered a mold issue in our family room. James Gribble immediately sent out his team who cordoned off our family room from the rest of the house and installed dehumidifiers and Hepa air scrubbers. By January 2020, we had a completely remodeled family room that is beyond beautiful with great craftsmanship and attention to detail. Gio Galarza was the Project Manager who helped fulfill my vision. They did such a great job that my husband said to have them remodel our kitchen. My kitchen is 99% finished, and is beautiful and functional enough to be on the Food Network or HGTV! We built our home in 1975, so I have many future projects. These guys know how to turn my vision into a reality!

Hired this contractor to repair water damage in my home through an insurance claim. I was told by the service technician Chris to pay my insurance deductible and my change order fee and I would go into “production” so I paid both. I am also 9 months pregnant and with the pandemic very much was hoping to have all work completed before baby’s arrival and was told this would be possible. I was then called by Amy to say she had no idea why I was told I would go into production and Chris should not have told me that. She said she would speak to the owner but never called me back. The next week I received a called from Aja saying she has a check from my insurance company. I asked her for status on the work because Amy never called me back. Then I received a call from Chris followed by a call from the owner. Both apologized. The owner said to “make this right” he could put a rush on everything and have it done in a week, I only have one week left until my due date, originally told they needed at 2 weeks to finish. But first in addition to what I have already paid he now needs a release to speak to my mortgage company. No one mentioned this before. He also said it’s needed because he had other customers in the past that owed back pay on their mortgage so they took the insurance check to cover the mortgage. Well,I am not other customers and I am not late on my mortgage. I am now waiting for my refund and release so hopefully after the baby arrives our home can be repaired by a different company.

Gio was helpful and assisted me through the whole process. From mold remediation in Dec through coordinating with the three different insurance adjusters to get my claim situated in April! The delays in the process due to the insurance company were more than made up for with the speed in which the remodel was started and completed once approval was received. Gio was my advocate with the insurance company and I would highly recommend calling on Building Restoration Services, more specifically Gio, at the beginning of the process!

Building restoration services did a great job on our house. We we using them for a remodel, when we discovered an unknown hidden mold problem. They immediately knew what to do, and how to handle. The workmanship, and professionalism from everyone was second known. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again.
