Russ is and honest man and fair professional. I don't know how one can take an amp with a smoking transformer (actually it was a choke, thanks for teaching me Russ!) and make it play like new in just a few days- and most of that time was waiting for parts to come in. As a musician, I feel very lucky to have someone like Russ right around the corner from my house, and I fully recommend you get your tube amps serviced by Bull City Sound & Electronics.
Russ did a great job fixing my Boss pedals pretty quickly and at a reasonable rate. Personality-wise, he's a little rough around the edges, but at the end of the day he delivered a quality service and took the time to explain the problem in a way I could understand and avoid in the future. Definitely recommended if you are having trouble with your pedals. Thanks, Russ!

This guy has got to have some type of problem with him not understanding social ques or something. Was literally trying to explain the issue and its like he didnt want to listen. Not recommended. He's got a low rating for a reason!
