My wife and I used Anthony Sylvan partly because our parents had pools built by them in 1961 and 1962. Those two pools are still in operation! Our experience with the local San Antonio office has been excellent. In particular their rep Paul Oliver went above and beyond in the solution of two issues we had. I have rarely had anyone so thorough and customer oriented as Paul. He is really an asset to the company.

My pool was recently built by A&S. They did a great job with the design and construction. The final product is amazing and elegant. My family loves the pool. Can't wait for this summer to start. I would like to recognize *Paul* from the Warranty team, he installed the ozone sanitization filter, as well patiently answered all the questions I had about the pool, (and I had a very long list of maintenance questions). Paul was very profesional and knowledgeable, he proactively adjusted the waterfall for me to have water falling uniformly from it. He finished the job on time and always kept me informed of every aspect of the Warranty process.
We got our pool built last year by A&S, it has been just amazing, my family and I loves the pool. We have had so many good times with family and friends in there. I definetly recommend this company, they have a lot of expeirence building pools, they provide good quality work. I would like to recognize Paul for his excellent work, he followed up with us for any question and concerns we had about the pool. He is very profesional and gave us good ideas for the pool for maintenace. Good Job.
We had a pool put in ground and have enjoyed it. This year have had an issue with the wall of the waterfall and have asked if someone could come take a look and help us address the issue. I went to their office in person twice getting promises that someone would come and help us. They never showed up. They asked us to do a leak test on the pool and gave us instructions on how to do it. Gave results (no leak) and still no one has come to check what our concern is. They are very friendly and helpful when they want your money, but very poor services when you need follow up on their work. When people in our neighborhood come and admire our pool (cause it is pretty) I have a difficult time recommending A&S due to their poor services.
Anthony and Sylvan finished my pool in November and we've had a blast with it this Spring. I only waited to post this review because I wanted to add pictures and only recently got my landscaping finished. Dan Dockery was the project manager for my pool. He and his team did a great job! My family has had a great time in the pool and we feel fortunate to have it during this pandemic. Thank you, Anthony and Sylvan, for helping turn our backyard into the oasis we always wanted.
