I previously left a review stating that the judge said I was not allowed to plead guilty. We were back there today and met with the same person and it turns out it is the city prosecutor. So my mistake upon our first appearance I assumed it was a judge that we were speaking to.

We showed up for a court date over a ticket and we had to repeatedly circle around both parking lots trying to find a place to park. It seems that they scheduled everybody for the same day and there was a line out to the side of a building and we were standing there in the Sun. When we got up to the guy at the desk sitting outside he looked annoyed that we hadn't checked in and had our temperature taken yet. The whole lights 30 minutes we stood in line in the sun on that little front porch no one ever said a word to us about it. They judge we saw then got angry with us and told us that we were not allowed to plead not guilty. We pleaded not guilty anyway and he got very angry handed us a paper to sign with a new court date and got up and walked off. A month later we showed up they said come back in another month. They wouldn't give us anything official showing that we had shown up for a court date and then told to wait another month. I asked the lady what if they issue a warrant for my son's arrest because we have no proof we showed up and were told to come back in a month. She then said sorry I have nothing for you just come back around September 9th and check again.
Called to dispute a ticket and was very polite to the lady I was speaking with, I told her that I had dash cam proof. She practically yelled at me \Then get a attorney!
The judge only shows up like once every 2 months for tickets so when you go for a ticket you have to wait AT LEAST an hour just for a measly ticket. The judge takes her sweet time and all the staff have no respect or patience for anything you need.
Is there a way to get ahold of someone in the court?! They are quick to issue a warrant but can't answer the phone!
