Having looked at a lot of sheds over the last year or so, I kept coming back to Bunce Buildings. They sell a quality product, and the selection included a lot of options, and the configuration of a shed that was just what I wanted. But the product is just half the battle. The person that I have to interact with is also a big part of the transaction for me. I don't like slick people who just seem to want to sell me something. I also don't like people who pretend to have answers that they just don't have. I much prefer to work with people like Debbi, at Bunce, who was not afraid to tell me when she wasn't sure about an answer. But she didn't leave it at that. She knew a lot of what I needed to know (and I'm very analytical about major purchases), but she was quick to get answers from the home office when needed. She walked me through the whole process and never tried to rush me or pressure me. It was great. She was lots of fun to talk with as well. Then it was time for delivery, which happened even sooner than promised. The delivery team, Robert and Larry, were top-notch. They worked with me willingly, and listened to my concerns and requests. And then they went above and beyond to take care of them. Now I have my shed all setup, and I am loving it. It was a great experience overall, and if I need another shed, I will go straight back to Debbi at Bunce!

The lady who works here is rude. She told us they will deliver our shed whenever their driver feels like it. Still no sign of our shed. Apparently if it has rained anytime in the last WEEK they claim it’s too wet to deliver. Great policy living in a place like N.C... if you want a shed go with house of stars instead
We are very happy with our Bunce building! The entire process from the sales staff to delivery and set-up was very professional. The quality and value is noticeably better than the competition. We look forward to years of enjoyment from our building.
My fiance and I have bought the chicken coop that you guys have available. The lady at the store said it would be 7-14 days until we would have our chicken coop and it still has not shown up yet and we live less than a mile away from the store location. She was rude to my fiance on the phone after we paid good money for the coop. It should have been delivered by now and we want it delivered this week or we would like our money back. It's been a month now and we live so close to your location? I don't get it?
Still have not received our building yet it’s been over a month now this is so Ridiculous
