Cheap price. The quality was okay, but honestly they charge you less than most of the apts around here. This is an old apt, but the location is perfect. Oh, the lounge is very nice!

Rent was cheap, not a bad place to live for the price, management was easy to work with as well as the maintenance staff. Parking was awful(even worse in the winter) and they need to do assigned parking. Overall enjoyed my time here but their are little things that needs some work but overall not bad! Thanks bunkhouse!

Loved staying here, the people are amazing. The location is perfect for those without a car. It being across apartments full of girls makes it perfect for finding dates. This is the right place for the right price, if your trying to be frugal, or don't have much, this is the place for you.

Overall living here for the past 3 semester has been pleasant with few problems. Management has gotten much better and they are investing in slowly upgrading the apartment. My only gripe is it takes a bit for repairs to get done and the apartments are pretty old. If you wanna live somewhere close to campus for a fair price this is a really good option.
