I knew this place when it was just the little bakery next door to Maria's. The quality hasn't changed, and they have since upped their game. While in town for several days, I could not miss the opportunity to stop by for brunch and a royal pie. My favorite is the mushroom and kale pie, with the always flaky crust and the creamy, rich filling, and of course, with a side of chips. The side of minty peas are refreshing, and always a delight. My friends decided to go with the brunch items, namely, the spinach and egg pie, and the banoffee French toast. The latter was simple, elegant, and delicious, with caramelized bananas and toffee--sweet, but not overly indulgent.

This place is to rant over and over. Im not a red sauce type of person. But this food is the best italian food in florida. You must make reservations but it's worth it all. They even make the ceasar dressing at the table for the salads. It's just phenomenal. Osteria you are the best
After ordering our food, we only received half of our order. We went up to check on it after 20 minutes of waiting and the employee was incredibly rude. \I'm not dealing with this\ and \you're being incredibly rude\ when it was the other way around. We talked to the manager who acted like he could care less. Luckily the only hope for this place is the decent food and new staff who actually care for this place. Never going back! First time there and last time there.
The food was alright, BUT - when my boyfriend and I ordered, we ordered sweet potato fries at first and then changed our minds to regular french fries.....not a big deal, right? The cashier was very polite to us, and she had to get her manager in order to void the sweet potato fries. The manager was extremely mean and condescending toward her about the whole thing. As we ate, I saw similar things happen to two other employees. I've worked in restaurants before, and I am disgusted by the manager at Smashburger and I will never eat here again.
I have to say that this is one of the most ordinary burgers I have ever had. The fries were very greasy and the smash burger fries have a garlic seasoning and were also very greasy. All of the food is extremely salty. We ordered a salted caramel shake a chocolate malt and a strawberry milkshake. All of them tasted like they came out of the testing tube.
