This review is for the furniture repair tech \Mike V. \ We've had other techs come to our home who are nice but Mike is by far the best! Excellent customer service, very attentive and courteous! He also contacted Ashley on another issue we had and took care of that as well. He went the extra mile. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days so I have to post a review when we come across someone who provides just that. Thank you Mike for repairing our TV stand and following up on our couch issue. We really appreciate you!

Sprawling furniture store with helpful associates. I'm leaving a 4 star just for the overly-persistent salespeople, but that's just furniture store norms. Ultimately a broad selection, worth a visit.

I normally but all the time from Ashley very disappointed as bought 2 bedrooms sets queen size with mattress.It’s been 2 years with our mattress and every time you lay down sounds like it’s cracking. I contact customer service and have informed me that they are unable to doing anything as warranty is only for 1 year. It’s unbelievable that you would spend that much money on mattress so they can only last you less than 2 years. Do not purchase from them buy elsewhere were they will give you warranty. Salesman added protection plan which doesn’t even cover the mattress. I am very disappointed all we wanted is for them to exchange them as that is a defective from there warehouse.

Got king size bed from here. Most of their furnitures have dark tone, but I found they have several bed set have bright color, and the white bed match my home’s ocean style. Also got mattress from here, didn’t want to bother to find mattress from other place and pay delivery twice:/ Their delivery is good, they installed the bed at my home, pretty quick. All in all, I love what I got:) by the way, you can bargain the price

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE..IT IS A FRANCHISE NOT CORPORATE OWNED !!! THEY WILL BE VERY NICE WHEN THEY SELL YOU THE FURNITURE AND THEN YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT WHICH IS NOT IN YOUR FAVOR AT ALL SO READ THE DETAILS. THE FURNITURE TOOK US 30 DAYS LONGER TO BE DELIVERED..WHEN I TRIED TO CALL TO COMPLAIN..THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE SO I HAD TO DRIVE 30 MINUTES BACK TO THE STORE TO TALK TO SOMEONE.....AND THEN THEY HAVE AND ATTITUDE. I FINALLY CALLED AND SPOKE TO ASHLEY FURNITURE CORPORATE OFFICE AND THEY SAID THEY GET SO MANY COMPLAINTS IN REGARDS TO THIS LOCATION BUT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO SINCE IT IS A FRANCHISE. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU GO TO A CORPORATE OWNED LOCATION... ON TOP OF IT THE WORKERS ARE RUDE BEYOND BELIEF THE MOMENT ONE HAS A COMPLAINT. IF YOU EVER WALK IN THE STORE GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND JUST LISTEN..I GUARANTEE THERE WILL BE SOMEONE COMPLAINING!!
