Called them for section 8 for my mother and they said the department is closed and they don't know when it will reopen. They don't let you inside the facility unless its for payments or emergency stuff. They also put you on hold for a long time.

Special soft and wonderful staff. Like I was used to in Kansas. Efficient and super customer focused. Add to that a historic Art Deco building and you would be happy to buy a ticket just to come inside each month and pay your bill. Bravo!
