I just got a used car from Karros and I love it. Jose is very friendly and was super patient while I waffled for two weeks over whether I wanted the car. He drove it to the mechanic I chose for a pre-purchase inspection, and worked with me on getting the recommended fixes taken care of. When it came time to buy it, he went through all the paperwork with me carefully and made sure I understood everything I was signing. At no point was he pushy, and I ended up with a car I am very happy with at a fair price. If the engine falls out in the next 100 miles I will update this review, but so far so good! Thanks Jose!

Absolutely outstanding service! Jose is a very honest and upfront person and he even let us take the car to our mechanic before purchasing. 10/10 would recommend if you’re seeking an absolutely honest experience without having to jump through any hoops unlike most dealerships.

I definitely recommend this dealership. I was nervous about a small dealership but Jose and Siso were great. When I first called to ask for more info on a car Siso was nice and patient. I asked a few questions that I felt dumb asking but he made me comfortable and I asked away. Unfortunately, he wasn't there when I went in (I should have called before) but he called Jose so he can help me out. I was happy that Jose already knew my budget and the details I discussed with Siso. Jose was courteous and patient too. At no point did I feel like I was a dealer. I love my car and my experience here. Thank you guys!

This review is over a year late, but the past year has not changed the way I feel about Elmer Field Atuo. They were so so kind and concise throughout my whole buying process, and sold me an amazing CRV that was not overpriced. I’ve always been wary of people in the auto field because of past bad experiences, but these were the first people I felt were being honest throughout the whole process. My car still runs great to this day and I’m sure will for many years to come!

Super super friendly and kind staff. It is obvious they care about their customers and they are super transparent with their pricing as well! They won't try to rush or pressure you; very understanding and patient all around. Payment and paperwork went very smoothly, they know what they are doing. Would 110% recommend!!
