Super fast response time, got them scheduled right away, and had a very knowledgable and helpful serviceman come out and do a full foundation inspection. I then contracted them to come back and perform repairs.

This is a company with integrity. Our house was built in the 30's with a raise foundation. There had always been a slight slope at the front of our house. Having lived in it for more than a decade, we finally thought maybe we should have a professional take a look. We called LA Structural for an inspection on our raised foundation. Nick came and took his time to crawl under the basement and did a through inspection. He could have told us there was a problem, and I would be none the wiser. Instead, he explained the layout of our foundation, and that the slope is due to normal settling over time, and that no repair is really needed. In stead of selling an expensive repair, Nick essentially provided a free inspection. Now that's company you can trust!

Horrible place. They do cheap work cut corners. Dont trust what they say. They will tell you one thing and turn around and do another. They want your money before work is completed and then once they have your money they take workers off that job and take months to finish it. Customers beware. Really shady company. Not experienced. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

We have a backyard that was in desperate need of repair. Cracks and breaks, leaning garden walls. Dale and Jake's team came in and made it look amazing. Truely better than I thought it could look. I would use them again.
