I was very excited to visit your location in Burbank today to buy a new pair of shoes for my first day back to work. I wanted a new pair of booties with style to accompany my already cute outfit. However, when I entered the store I was displeased to find a very limited shoe selection for woman with larger feet. With that limited selection came 0-no style of shoes. They were all very plain or just tennis shoes. Does the buyer for this location assume that women with larger feet can’t be stylish? How can I redeem this gifted gift card I received as a gift for cash? I don’t want to give business to a store that isn’t inclusive to all.

When I can’t make it to the Rack in Topanga, I go to this little hidden gem. I like their women’s shoe selection (I wear a sz 10). I wish they had a bigger selection of bras & more special purchase / off-price designer brands. Otherwise, always a fast check-out process.

Organized and clean. Not too crowded when I went on a Saturday. Easy to socially distance and everyone wearing a mask. Got two pairs of Tory Burch shoes for a great price
