I have been trying to contact them for a month and have received nothing. I get positive feedback on my email copy and resume so I'm not sure what the hold up is. I shouldn't have to follow up 5 times to get a response.

Great people who will definitely help you in your journey. I graduated with my BA and had trouble finding a position with my degree. As they say it is who you know not what you know.
