This facility is amazing! Great soundproofed rooms and really clean bathrooms. The building is very quiet compared to other rehearsal houses! Very good for recording! The rooms sound great and have perfect a/c! Over all this place is a 10 out of 10

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. I've gone on night when it's dead and I've gone on nights when it's packed--either way the place was pretty enjoyable. on a slow night it's a great dive-y bar but when it's packed it's club-y. moral of the story is this: if you want to avoid all the yuppies in the gas lamp--come here.

I LOVE this place! I'm devastated that they might be closing, it seems the owners have so many bars they don't care about relocating now that condos are being built around it. The live music, the great crowd, the Sunday BBQs...you can't find this anywhere else in CA. This place is full even on \school nights\. I can't believe it's disappearing with so many loyal fans.
