I have been in the store many many times best costomer service i had from Krissy . She is very nice very polite and she knows her jab very well . I was reading the review And i see The review is not matching her personality and service she is giving to the customers . On reviews its not nice to tell “ Old Lady “ . I think you have a big attitude . Before adding any reviews be careful How you express your self about other people .Its not nice .

Such nice, helpful people! Got a heel pad for one shoe--in minutes it relieved the ache in my hip from a very long walk through the Presidio. For 13 (a bit pricey) I was able to continue the trek back home.
