They completely failed at their job. The manager charged at me in anger and asked if I wanted his job. There is a word for that it's the R word. There are only so many ways you can describe spudpid pride. I'm glad I'm less than a quarter spudpid head. I called days prior and left a voicemail and even talked to one of them on the phone and specifically asked if I needed to make an appointment and told them I lived an hour and a half away. I bought the bike there and wanted the free first service that it came with. What's the point anymore? People can't compete simple tasks it be honest. All selfish and care only about money and themselves. Why offer customer service or service at all? If you can't complete it. They told me come at open time noon and we will get you in and you can wait for it. When I showed up the main boss cursed at me and charged towards me in anger like he wanted a fight AS I WAS LEAVING OUT HIS SHOP DOOR and told me I could leave it and pick it up probably days later. The opposite of what they said on the phone. I could have just taken it somewhere near where I live. Better yet, I'll do it myself, so it's done right. Garbage! Clown world!!
