Excellent and caring service. Prompt and efficient. Greg is an artist and loves his work. He really did great work. Our clock is a Family heirloom and we love it. I highly recommend this business.

I had a watch battery replaced. I was provided excellent & professional service at a reasonable price. The shop owner was very friendly, knowledgeable & provided valuable advice on watch maintenance. I would recommend this place.

It is a pleasure to do business with someone who is not only an expert but even more so when they love what they do. He has gone far and away to get interesting goods. I picked out a silicone watch band from Spain. Beautiful.

This place is the best! I’ve been bringing my husband’s watches for battery replacement for a few years now. The owner is kind, helpful and efficient.Your watch batteries are replaced within minutes. This is honestly the main reason why I keep returning. Also their store has beautiful vintage cuckoo clocks for sale. :)

1. Our 80 year old kitchen clock was missing a pendulum. It had been in the family for generations. 2. A 100 year old Seth Thomas ships clock (found in Portland, Oregon 10 years ago by our daughter and given to her Dad as a gift) stopped working after 3 years. The minute hand would freeze. Greg was great. He examined the clocks, explained his approach and warned us that it would take some time as he was quite busy. We gave our approval to move forward and waited patiently. For the kitchen clock he found a new pendulum, took the time to \age it\ so the shiny golden-like appearance became a weathered look that matched the look of the kitchen clock and then extensively tested the clock (adjusting the pendulum as needed). For the Seth Thomas ship's clock he fixed the \freeze\ problem being caused by the chiming bell mechanism, oiled the clock and extensively tested the clock. He would run the clock for 24 hours, adjust the clock's /- knob, run it for another 24 hours, check the lost or gained minutes and adjust again. It was 7 weeks from the time we dropped off the clocks in Burbank until we picked them up. The cost was less than we expected and the kitchen clock is in the dining room and the ship's clock is in the den and both have worked flawlessly for the past week. The kitchen clock cost was 185 and the ship's clock was 215. We have already given Greg's name to a good friend who has an old family clock in need of repair and are planning to visit him again in 3 years to have the clocks oiled.
