I called Burgess pump about an issue with our well cover and pump wiring. The next day their technician Guillermo called an set up a time to meet and review the issues. He presented several options and we decided on a new well cap. Today Guillermo came by and installed the new cap. We are very satisfied with the quality of the products and friendly professional service. I would recommend these folks for any type of well service.

Darren and Isaac came out to our house to help address a pressure issue we had on acreage with a well. They were able to quickly narrow the problem down and have a path forward for us in less time than I would have imagined possible. Burgess has always been on their game with us, however I’m especially grateful for that these two caught that our sub pump controller is always on due to faulty check valves. These gentlemen were kind, thorough, and respectful. They manage their time and related knowledge that is otherwise foreign in a manner that even this old ignorant guy can digest. Appreciate the help and would recommend to anyone with well or pump needs.
