I hired Crest Appraisal Services to appraise my mother's home after her death for estate planning. The receptionist, Haeley, was exemplary and kind when making my appointment. The appraiser, William, was not only prompt, professional and courteous but respectful and seemed truly sympathetic to my situation. I was truly grateful to work with such respectful people during a difficult time. The report i received was complete, accurate and fair. I don't write reviews but had to give a thumbs up to Crest! I used Crest based on Yelp reviews and the services they offered on their website and was really impressed with my experience. I had two homes I wanted to get appraised for estate planning I called there office with my addresses where Will then carefully inspected, took photos of and documented everything. Less than a 2 days later I received an email with the official appraisal including photos and a comparable report section. The rate was reasonable and I would use them again. Thanks!
