Treated poorly by staff, specifically Judy. Repeatedly unprofessional conduct and attitude over the phone. Constant condescending and rude remarks during phone conversations and messages left on voicemail. Multiple issues of receiving incompetent care and lack of support to fix issues mixed with the blatant disrespect was enough for me to share this review and stop working with Navos. Went over 6 months w/o being reassigned to a new therapist after over 2 years of being a client. When I questioned why this was happening, I was told by Judy, \What makes you so special to skip the line?\ The question that she should be asking is why is that \line\ over 6 months long? Prior therapist at Navos gave me a 3 month buffer of my medications before she left her position there to guarantee I would have no issues or gaps in my mental health care. 3 months and no new therapist. Every month after that 3 month buffer, I was instructed to call the urse of the day\ line to leave a message asking for my medication to be refilled. Then I would have to play phone tag for days with strangers. There were months were I had week long gaps in medication. This is not competent care and goes against many NASW ethic codes.

Kelly M was incredibly condescending and I cannot believe she is a mental health professional. She is an embarrassment to the medical community and frankly should have her license immediately revoked.

Why is Navos offering up on Indeed to pay people less than 2000 a month to care for their patients? How much care they be getting from people worrying about their second jobs? Why are those in Navos' care not worth more?

Sofar this place is cool. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Contrary to what maps satellite thinks, the entrance is on 136th st. Not 134th. If you try to go in that way, you will find that entrance has been closed off. The satellite needs to be updated.
