Brought a used car from them yesterday, and it went really well. Sunni was awesome, she didn't pressure me into buying anything I didn't want, she didn't try to sell me on things, which I really appreciate that. I told her what I wanted and how much I could manage and she made it work. I would've given them 5 stars, but my only complaint is that after I decided to buy the car it took 45 minutes or hour just to get the paperwork signed.

Douglas Taylor helped me out so much during my experience! I told him the vehicle I was interested in and he helped me walk out the door in a little over an hour later. He was very friendly and professional. I love my 2018 Civic Si. Won’t drive anything else except the Type R!

I went in about a week ago to purchase my first Honda. I went in and was greeted at the door by Douglas Taylor. I told him exactly what I was looking for plus my budget and he made sure to find the perfect car for me!! The process was very smooth and even though I went in a little nervous that feeling was gone in seconds! Douglas made sure I was happy and even got my favorite color. He didn't make it feel like I was talking to a car salesman, it felt more like a friend. I am still in awe of my car and Doug has made sure to check in a few times to make sure I am still loving it. Overall it was a very memorable moment and I strongly recommend Burleson Honda to anyone who asks me. If you are thinking abut a new car just ask for Douglas Taylor when you arrive!

Doug Taylor did a great job. Went in looking for a 2021 Type R. Doug was able to get that done for me very quickly and with a great deal. He is very professional and will go over and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. Very impressed with the service. Took my brother in about a year ago for a Honda Civic Sport and they took great care of him. Highly recommended.

I am very impressed with the level of not just service but the excellent service that I received at this Honda dealership. I recently got a great vehicle, Daniel helped me get into exactly what i needed and could afford thanku Daniel. And the service from there service department namely Trenton and Tony was just awesome.
