Exceptional personal service is what I received from Hyundai. It’s the most professional experience I’ve ever received from any car dealership. After driving a luxury vehicle for years I didn’t think I could be surprised at what a difference a new Hyundai could have to offer. Service staff was great. However I needed an oil change and factory recall work. Oil change took nearly 2 hours even though I had an appointment and part had to be ordered for recall. We are down to 1 car so finding time to get our vehicle to the dealership with 2 working parents and 1 car is difficult, now because recall work couldn't be completed I will have to go back on another day. 4 stars for the staff being great otherwise would have given 2 stars.

My experience at Hiley was one of the best I’ve ever had. The customer service was at it’s best from the greeting to the final signature and key exchange. Jamonn was absolutely wonderful! He was the most knowledgeable not to mention respectful. I would definitely recommend Riley to anyone looking to buy a new car with ease.
