Great printing services. Just email the document to the store and they can have everything ready by the time you arrive.

I went earlier to print some documents and accidentally left my USB drive (which contained sensitive medical information) plugged into the self-service printer. I called beforehand and the girl on the phone said she’d hold it for me, so I went back about half an hour later to pick it up. I walked in the door and began walking in the general direction of the front desk (I didn’t say a word to any of the customers or employees, nor did I step in line) and the girl at the desk said if I was waiting for the printing service I was going to have to wait in line. I told her I wasn’t there to have anything printed and kept walking (away from the desk). I turned to ask her if there was somewhere else I was supposed to go to pick up a forgotten item but she cut me off and told me “there’s other people waiting, get at the end of the line”. I told her I literally was not there to wait in the line for her desk. I would’ve had no problem waiting in line of course, but I don’t appreciate being snapped at/bossed around by someone who literally did not know what I was at the store for! I work in customer service too so I understand it can get hectic but there was no need for her to snap at me for just glancing at the front desk before she even knew why I was in the store.

I was able to go into the store and find someone quickly to help me find what I was shopping for. The sales person was very helpful and I truly appreciated it. The only issue was, there was no one at the register to wait on me and I had to wait for about 3 minutes, other than that it was a good experience
