Our carrier on Peach Lane (guy w/ ponytail) is awesome! The folks in at the PO are nice, as well.

I received a package that look like Ace Ventura delivered it!! Needless to say, everything inside was ruined. Thanks USPS, I now see why Burleson location is rated so low.......not to mention everyday issues with normal delivered mail.

Our mailboxes are broken, and so the apartment complex said our mail is being held here and to pick up mail promptly, because they don’t have room. Wouldn’t they have a better system, than just one person handling the pick up line? Every time I’m here, it’s an hour plus wait. And the people in general here are particularly rude. It’s just a poorly run office.

If I could leave zero starts I definitely would. This is the worst post office ever. Everyone is beyond rude. PLEASE GO TO A DIFFERENT POST OFFICE.

They can never deliver anything. \Couldn't reach mailbox.\ We live in an apartment complex where the mail boxes are never obstructed and easy to access. Also, my cousin sent us something from OK back in July. It's September and it's never showed up. And on multiple occasions my packages have arrived \opened\ and stapled shut. Once anything reaches this branch it disappears, becomes damaged, or their workers decide not to deliver. It's not just COVID or problems with USPS around the country, it's this branch in particular.
