I highly recommend Viking for garage door repairs. The tech that came out for us was Micah and he was very prompt, knowledgeable and kind. The cost was very good as well. We now have a fully operating garage door system, every thing checked out and completed and we are very happy!

I found this company on Facebook Marketplace. I was impressed when they came out and gave me a quote. They are a legitimate company...company logo, business cards, vehicle, etc. They honored the quote after a few months passed since the quote was issued. They were diligent in communicating with me once the order was placed through delivery/install. Micah and Tyler were great during the install. They cleaned up the mess and took the old door with them. Micah even took the time to look at our other garage door and do a quick adjustment of some wires. I support Veteran-owned businesses and would recommend Viking Overhead to anybody looking for their services. I LOVE my new door!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!! (Oh, and Micha also took the time to explain how the door would work, recommended maintenance, etc. It was a great experience all the way around!!)

What a Blessings . They’ve been great from my initial call to schedule for an appointment! Kyle was friendly and helpful to ensure I would receive the correct services. They sent Eric out! Who was absolutely awesome!!! He called to let me know,” he could come a little earlier than expected“. Which worked out great. While waiting for his arrival...I had the garage door needing repairs up, so he could see everything. Before I could come outside to meet up with him? He’d already diagnosed the problem. Eric fully explained the problem and... the best resolution. He took time to answer all of my many, many questions! And was ready to go! I am setting up for repairs for the other garage door!
